  • Yes! You do not need a PayPal account, just an active card that can be processed through PayPal.

• Can I upgrade my CRT Series Rod to an ICON Series Rod?
  • No, the CRT Series can only be replaced with the CORE Series.

• Can I upgrade my Elite Series or ICON Series Rod to a John Crews ICON Series Rod?
  • No, both Elite Series and ICON Series can only be replaced with the ICON Series.

• Can I get a different model for my replacement rod?
  • Yes! As long as you select a model from the same rod series, you can replace your broken rod with any model you choose. You can let us know which model you’d like on your claim form.

• How fast can I expect to get my replacement rod back?
  • We ask that you please allow up to 20 business days to process and ship your replacement. You will receive an email with tracking information when your replacement ships.

• What is the difference between your freshwater and inshore rods?
  • All of our rods are built with saltwater rated components, but rather than the standard freshwater components, our saltwater and inshore rods feature either gimbal butts (in our ICON and CORE Inshore Series) or full length cork handles (in our ELEMENT Inshore Series).

• What happened to the Elite and CRT Series?
  • Our Elite and CRT Series were discontinued in 2020 and are no longer available for purchase. The Elite Series is replaced with the equivalent ICON model for all Rod Replacement Claims. The CRT Series (within its 3 year warranty) is replaced with the equivalent CORE model for all Rod Replacement Claims.

• What modulus are the blanks?
  • Through years of research, we have found that blank building and design that utilizes multiple modulus types allows us to make a strong, light weight, durable and extremely sensitive blank without any of the compromises. The industry standard is to use the term “high modulus” without telling you that it’s not a 100% high modulus carbon fiber construction. That is why we don’t mention modulus in any of our descriptions, since blank design is more important than carbon fiber modulus. We use a combination of high quality American Made carbon fiber with technology that utilizes a carbon fiber scrim with unidirectional and bi-directional fibers to create the lightest, most durable blanks available.   • In order to protect you from any price increases, Cashion Rods no longer come with complimentary rod covers, but they are available for purchase here.

• Do you ship to PO Boxes?
  • We ship via FedEx and UPS, therefore orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and will require a physical address.
