Great customer service, Taylor the customer service manager I dealt with was awesome. I had an issue with a fracture on the base of a brand new rod, long story short I spoke with her a few times via email and phone, told her my situation and provided pictures. Taylor and her team looked over my issue and replaced my rod. Cashion stands behind their products and continues to make great rods. I have over a dozen of the elite series and several Icon series rods. Great people, great products and outstanding customer service.

Great fishing rods! I had a stroke last year and as a result of being in the hospital for a few months, lost my storage unit which housed my fishing rods and reels.
