I had an issue with a fracture on the base of a brand new rod, long story short I spoke with her a few times via email and phone, told her my situation and provided pictures. Great fishing rods! I had a stroke last year and as a result of being in the hospital for a few months, lost my storage unit which housed my fishing rods and reels.
